It’s common for men to think self-care is only for women, but as we know by now, we all need a little self-care to keep ourselves thriving in our day-to-day life. Therefore, we want to offer you 10 of the following tips for men on practicing self-care.

“In dealing with those undergoing great suffering, if you feel “burnout” setting in if you feel demoralized and exhausted, it is best to withdraw and restore yourself for the sake of everyone. The point is to have a long-term perspective.” ~ Dalai Lama

Schedule an appointment for a massage and enjoy the many rejuvenating benefits such as improved circulation, and a decrease in stress & anxiety

Give your hands and feet some love with exfoliation and moisturizing creams.

Use Eye Cream to boost collagen and promote a more energized and fresh look

Make an appointment to get your hair trimmed every few weeks

Take time to exercise at home or at your local gym

Spend 10 minutes per day meditating to gain mental clarity and relieve stress

Eat healthy meals and be sure to stay hydrated during the day

Read for at least 20-30 minutes per day for mental stimulation

Spend time with your family without interruptions (work, video games, friends, etc.)

Allow time in your schedule to volunteer and help those in your community who need assistance.
